Terms of Service

1. The engagement

Chord Foundry LLC ("we") delivers revenue automation services to a single medical aesthetic clinic ("you") under a written Service Agreement. These Terms apply alongside that agreement and govern use of this website.

2. Scope of service

We deliver one or more of the five service pillars (Lead Recovery, No-Show Shield, Rebook Engine, Reactivation, Reputation) integrated with the practice management system the client already uses. We do not provide medical, legal, or compliance advice. We do not handle Protected Health Information.

3. The Founding 5 guarantee

For the first five (5) Dallas–Fort Worth injector clinics signed under the Founding 5 program, we guarantee a 10 percentage-point lift in consult-to-treatment conversion within 60 days of system go-live, measured against a 30-day pre-engagement baseline using the client's PMS data. If the lift is not achieved, the client owes nothing for the engagement period and we refund any fees paid.

The guarantee requires: (a) installation of the full Lead Recovery + No-Show Shield pillars, (b) PMS integration access, (c) timely client cooperation (sign-off, copy approval, calendar access). The guarantee does not apply to outcomes degraded by clinic staffing changes, PMS migrations, extended closures, or refusal to deploy recommended automations.

4. Standard engagements

Engagements outside the Founding 5 cohort do not carry the conversion-lift guarantee. Pricing, deliverables, and term length are defined in the individual Service Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Client operational data, performance figures, and strategy materials are confidential. We will not share, publish, or use them in case studies without written consent.

6. Website content

Projected case studies and benchmark figures on this website are simulated composite scenarios modeled on public industry data, clearly labeled as such, and are not historical Chord Foundry client outcomes.
